Depending on how you contact us, we may process:

• Quote / contact form or email: company name (if provided), contact name, work email, phone number, interest selection, and the content of your message (including materials lists or works descriptions you choose to send).
• Technical data: server logs that may include IP address, browser/user-agent, date and time of access, and requested URL — used to operate and secure the website.

We do not ask for payment card data on this site. There is no online shop or checkout.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• Handling B2B inquiries and preparing quotes — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to business requests).
• Operating, maintaining and securing the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning site).
• Accounting and legal obligations where a business relationship is formed — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, as applicable under Latvian law.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and related correspondence. If a contract or ongoing cooperation follows, retention follows applicable commercial, tax and accounting rules in Latvia. Technical logs are kept only for a limited period required for security and operation.

5. Recipients / processors

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, for example website hosting and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. This site currently does not run marketing analytics or advertising pixels; if that changes, this policy will be updated.

6. International transfers

Where hosting, email or other tools involve processing outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate GDPR mechanism (for example standard contractual clauses) or another lawful basis for the transfer.

Under GDPR you may, where applicable, request:

You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspecija — DVI) or another competent EU supervisory authority.

This website is a static informational site.
