Geography is Latvia and, where feasible, cooperation across the EU. Detailed scope, pricing, delivery, timelines, warranties and liability for a concrete order are set out in a separate commercial offer and/or contract. Those documents prevail over this high-level overview.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form or sending an email does not create a binding contract. We may request clarification before quoting. Response times are not guaranteed. Offers are subject to availability, confirmation and written acceptance as stated in the offer.

6. Intellectual property
